This year once more, I decided to give to all the teachers, edible gifts.

Having recently discovered “My cupcake toppers”, a company that does amazing paper rice and icing toppers, I went for a classic vanilla cupcake with a Christmassy Disney theme.

In the past, I used different paper rice toppers but I’ve never been happy with the quality. They were either too difficult to peel off or the colour was not really bright.

As you can see from these pictures these toppers are amazing, perfect in every detail and so easy to use!

At Christmas, Beatrice loves watching “Mickey’s once upon a Christmas” so she picked a topper which reminded her of the movie.

For Leonardo’s teachers we picked Winnie the pooh

Even if you are not a pro in making cupcakes, these toppers will make your simple vanilla cupcakes, looks so amazing! Just add a bit of frosting on top of each cupcake, peel the rice paper off and gently press one on each cupcake.

I then boxed all cupcakes in single decorated boxes and close them with a simple red ribbon.

All the teacher loved them!
